At NEOSUN Energy, we believe that our team is our greatest asset!Recently, we had the great opportunity to partner with NeuroFrame, an innovative game-based assessment platform, to dive deeper into understanding our team dynamics and uncovering new growth opportunities.
Here’s what we achieved together:
- Conducted a game-based assessment for team members, leveraging advanced neuroscience research to analyze cognitive skills and personality traits.
- Received a comprehensive team report, which highlighted our strengths in process monitoring, persistence, and balanced risk-taking, while also identifying areas like openness to novelty and adaptability as opportunities for improvement.
We held two impactful sessions: a team feedback session on individual strengths and growth areas, and a leadership session on aligning test results with team roles to enhance collaboration.
Neosun team demonstrated strong leaders effectively identifying key performance criteria, tracking progress, and making timely adjustments. This project not only deepened our understanding of the team’s potential but also equipped us with practical tools to improve collaboration and adapt to industry challenges.
