Business need
Monitoring of the internal state of the team, assessment of performance indicators. It was necessary to assess team stability and morale, as well as to find out to what extent team members complement each other and whether reinforcement by new employees is required. Using the data obtained, consultancy should be provided to the management on the selection of employees, focusing on the qualities required for day-to-day decision-making, and support in the recruitment process.
What we did

Result
Assessment of Cognitive Abilities. The GBA has demonstrated its validity and reliability in assessing cognitive abilities, including intelligence. Linear regression showed that the game model was capable of predicting scores comparable to traditional intelligence tests. The GBA has been shown to be robust to distortion, due to the inability to falsify results, and reduces the stressor of the assessment due to its immersiveness.
Identification of personality traits. GBA successfully identified such personality traits as openness to new things, risk-taking, perseverance, conscientiousness, and preferred patterns of interpersonal interaction.
Predicting professional performance. Certain game decisions made during the assessment process have been shown to have predictive value with respect to professional performance.
