What we did
About 400 candidates were tested using the GBA
NeuroFrame competency assessment system. The participants received personalized reports with results on 8 competency scales. A rating was
compiled based on the results of testing, agreed
with the company's HR, and a list of candidates
was selected for the video interview stage. The
video interviews and other data were analyzed,
which made it possible to form the final list of
candidates.

Result
We gathered a group of promising employees to
undergo a training program in the art of management, with a probability of subsequent
promotion of at least 95%.
Additionally, we saved the training budget, as the cost of one program is about ~50 000 USD. After the successful implementation of the project, the client hired us to perform work in related departments, which expanded our cooperation.
